Group BTS Jungkook's solo album title song "Standing Next to You" entered the U.S. Billboard main single chart "Hot 100" for 18 consecutive weeks, setting the second longest entry in Korean solo history.
According to the latest chart released on the 12th (local time), the song was ranked 85th, up two places from the previous week.
The 18th week of "Hot 100" is the second Korean solo artist to enter the 18th week, following the 31st week set by Psy's mega hit "Gangnam Style."
Among the songs released by Jung Kook, the song that stayed in the "Hot 100" for the longest time after "Standing Next to You" was 17 weeks recorded by his collaboration song "Left and Right" with Charlie Puth. Jung Kook's solo debut song "Seven" entered the chart for 15 weeks.
