Return & Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange form, please register within 14 business days of the delivery date. Fill out the return and exchange forms on our website under the 'CONTACT' menu at www.biroso.net.
 
After submitting your return and exchange request, ship the parcel to us within 3 business days. Make sure that the parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Please note that damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange. Kindly provide us with your delivery company and tracking information, including the tracking/billing number.
 
For any misdeliveries, such as damaged products or incorrect size/color, BIROSO will cover all fees associated with the return and exchange process. However, BIROSO will not cover any costs that arise from a simple change of mind.
 
Once we receive and review your request and the returned parcel, we will determine if it is eligible for return and exchange. If your request is confirmed, BIROSO will initiate the refund process as soon as possible. Depending on our financial schedule, the refund may take up to 7 business days.
