This t-shirt is inspired by the actual design of the South Korean army. South Korean army soldiers wear these t-shirts while they are not in intensive combat, as a daily outfit. Known as the ‘ROKA T-shirt’ (Republic of Korea Army), it became popular as soldiers started bringing their t-shirts after finishing their service and wearing them publicly
Because of the simple and neat design, women started to wear it too, which caused some controversy in the beginning. However, the ROKA T-shirt went viral and became popular because it also looked well on many Korean women as well.
This R.O.K.A T-shirt is different as it is modified into a trendier oversize fit.
