Flower and Ceramic - Buncheong Ware Bakji Chohwamun Sion Glass
The 'Flower and Ceramic Sion Glass' is not just an ordinary glass but a piece of art. This glass boasts a unique feature where the color changes and flowers bloom when cold beverages are poured in. It showcases its best beauty at temperatures below 4°C, reflecting the artistic freedom of Buncheong ware.
Buncheong ware, embodying the creativity and artistry of Joseon-era artisans, is reinterpreted in a modern way in this glass. The square flat bottle shape and the vibrant and rhythmic floral pattern (vines) emphasize dynamism and movement. Additionally, the red-brown color from the glass base forms an overall atmosphere, and at cold temperatures, hidden vine patterns become vivid. The rim of the glass is luxuriously enhanced with thick gold plating.
This glass is more than just a beverage container; it is a unique piece that combines the artistry of Buncheong ware with modern design, adding a touch of luxury to your daily life.

Cautions
- Do not use in microwave, oven, dishwasher, or freezer.
- Due to the glass manufacturing process, there may be bubbles, wrinkles, clumps, protrusions, dents, fine lines, and scratches on the surface. These are not defects but natural occurrences.
- There may be uneven parts on the rim (appearing pressed), which is due to the cooling process of the high-quality (soft material) glass and is not a defect.
- Small dots or black scratches may appear on the surface due to the gold plating process.
- It is common for only the exterior of the glass to be gold-plated, and since it is all done by hand, the thickness of the gold plating may vary from glass to glass. (Celadon and white porcelain glasses are painted inside as well, but Buncheong ware glasses, being square, are only painted on the outside.)
- Due to the curvature of celadon glasses or the angular shapes of Buncheong ware glasses, there are gaps between the starting and ending points of the print. It is fundamentally impossible to align them perfectly, and this is not considered a defect.
- The bottom of the glass is marked with the logo of each glass manufacturing plant (e.g., cursive, droplet shape, serial number, etc.), which is not foreign matter.
- The bottom of the glass is designed to reflect the color, so please refrain from scratching it off.
- Always hand wash with a soft sponge. Harsh or vigorous cleaning may strip the gold rim or patterns.
- Prolonged soaking in water may weaken the bottom print, so it is recommended to wash immediately after use and dry with the rim facing down. (Normally, water droplets on the surface will not cause the print to weaken, so there is no inconvenience in use.)
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Be cautious when pouring hot beverages to avoid burns.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent breakage. Avoid rapid heating or cooling.
- The gold rim or patterns may be damaged if scratched by sharp objects.
- The glass may break if subjected to strong impacts (such as being dropped during use). Be careful of sharp edges in case of breakage.
