British heritage brand "Kangol" will hold a special collaboration with Hite Jinro's Korean beer brand "Terra."
The collaboration is a meeting between fashion brands and national beer brands that are highly recognized by consumers in their 20s and 30s, and is part of a rebuilding strategy for a new leap forward in "Kangol," which SJ Group has been developing an exclusive licensing business since 2008. The two brands will expand their consumer contact points with gift ice bags with special logos, four types of goods, and hidden lucky label events.
In particular, Kangol, born in Britain in 1938, and Hite Jinro, which started in 1924, have something in common: brands and companies with a deep history of 86 and 100 years, respectively.
Kangol has established a reputation as a British national brand that is favored by the Beatles and Diana, and is a brand with popularity and recognition enough to be voluntarily worn by global idol group BTS through a music video in 2020.
The collaboration between Kangol and Terra will create a special logo featuring the characteristics of the two brands. The gift ice bag with the logo can be met for two months starting from the 4th week of March.
Another interesting feature of this collaboration is Hidden Lucky Label, which is hidden in Terra's critically ill beer (500ml). Starting in mid-April, you can find labels with Kangol logo on them, and a small amount will only be inserted in 1% of the volume that will be released for two months. A hashtag event for consumers who find lucky labels will also be held on Kangol Instagram.
In addition, you can meet four types of collaborative goods, including Kangaroo Opener and One Shot Cup, which are applied with the logo of Kangol and Terra, and various collaborative contents through the official website of Kangol and Terra and SNS channels.
