- Due to the glass manufacturing process, bubbles, wrinkles, lumps, protrusions, depressions, lines, and fine scratches may be present on the surface. These are natural occurrences and not defects.
- For larger Sion glasses, the stem may have concave areas due to the glass process. This is not a defect.
- All manufacturing processes are done manually, and during various steps, the bottom surface of the glass may be slightly uneven, causing a slight wobble. This is checked during the inspection stage before shipment and is not considered a defect. Please consider this carefully.
- The rim of the glass may have uneven areas (appearing pressed). This can occur during the cooling process of using high-quality (soft material) glass and is not a defect.
- The glass decal is precisely applied by skilled technicians to ensure the start and end points are aligned. However, slight misalignment may occur due to manual work, which is not grounds for exchange or return.
- The color of the image on the web may differ slightly from the actual color due to the user's monitor resolution and settings.
- Size may vary slightly depending on the measurement method (tolerance ±5mm).
